Payment Policy
For Your Security, Keepsakes and Memorials has chosen to receive payment only through Pay Pal . You do not have to have an account with them to make a payment.
Return Policy
All Sales are Final and not returnable unless stated. However, if a mistake is made by our company or the purchase is received damaged, we will promptly correct it or issue a refund.
All. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Gift certificate purchase and Sale items are not refundable.
Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund. However if a mistake is made by our company, we will promptly correct it.
A 50% deposit will be required before any custom work is started. Once started this deposit is not refundable.
Back Order Policy
Occasionally, some items may be out of stock. Most back orders ship within 7–14 days. However, some items, especially new releases may take longer.. You will be notified if the Item that you purchased is back ordered and will be given the date that it will be available . If you choose not to wait,your purchase can be canceled and refunded at that time. If you do not respond to the back order notification within 5 days your order will be placed and will not be returnable
Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are determined by the total value of your order. Standard shipping charges apply to the continental United States. A shipping chart is located below. ( We have the right to update and/or change shipping charges at any time). Rush delivery is available at an additional charge. Please be aware that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of your order. Custom orders will take longer.
